Third-party logistics enterprises through its professional management and unique advantages help companies significantly reduce the cost, improve production efficiency and achieve optimal allocation of corporate resources, and to enhance core competitiveness. Therefore, third-party logistics enterprises have became the main trend of the field of logistics. But, because logistics industry started late in China, compared with foreign logistics enterprises, the Chinese logistics enterprises were very different in scale, operational efficiency, competitiveness, costs, benefits. Therefore, then according to the valid assessment, establish effective corporate incentive and restraint mechanisms which is conducive to the three logistics companies to find problems, to strengthen management, to improve operations, and to enhance core competitiveness. Therefore, the performance evaluation of the third party logistics problem has important theoretical and practical significance.However, due to the complexity of the logistics with activities, we can not copy the special industrial enterprises performance evaluation of research results. And the logistics industry as an emerging industry, the research results of its performance evaluation were less, has not yet formed a complete performance evaluation system. Based on this, this paper combines the characteristics of Logistics Research and Enterprise Performance Evaluation Performance Evaluation for third-party logistics enterprise level from the theoretical and practical levels of in-depth analysis, construct a third-party logistics business performance evaluation system, trying to establish their own performance evaluation system for third-party logistics to consult.Based on third-party logistics theory, enterprise performance evaluation theory, together with an analysis of the literature data, based on previous research results, propose an evaluation index system of third-party logistics framework, which includes corporate profitability, operating capabilities, logistics capabilities, service capabilities, cost control capabilities. To target these five aspects of the index, performance evaluation of third party logistics. Then use AHP for the third-party logistics performance evaluation. Finally, an example for enterprise logistics group SH comprehensive performance evaluation to prove the model feasible and effective.
