A Research On The Logistics Index System Of Communication Operation Enterprise

With the rapid development of China 's society,higher demand requirements of China' s overall enterprises logistics services.At the same time,China's economic development slows down in recent years,and companies consider reducing costs and increasing efficiency,that the logistics has become more and more important,which means "the third source of profit".In recent years,China Mobile logistics system changes,that strengthen the centralized management of logistics and improve logistics operation efficiency.But at the present stage,it is faced with lack of data operation of logistics operation,perfect data analysis system and visual analysis tools.This paper is to carry out research under the background of China Mobile to meet the needs of enterprise logistics efficient operation.In this paper,the SCOR model is used to establish the management control layer and operation layers' index system of China Mobile secondary logistics system.Second,with the integration of BSC model,we establish the strategic level indicator system.Finally,based on the complete logistics index system and the logistics performance evaluation method,a set of multi-dimensional and visualized logistics operation data analysis template is developed.The results of this study have the characteristics of combining theory with practice and systematization of science,and also have reference significance for other enterprises.
