Knowledge sharing is a significant part of knowledge management which makes full of knowledge between individuals and organization to be the foundation for other knowledge management activities. Knowledge sharing is a difficult part of knowledge management because knowledge sharing affects relationships and benefit between individuals and it s difficult to take effective incentives to knowledge sharing and quantify.Knowledge sharing is one of the organizational citizenship behaviors, which depends on the individual voluntary behavior and is beneficial to organization but cannot be recognized by the formal reward system. So organizational citizenship behavior affecting factors and the relationship between factors and knowledge sharing have been studied; hypotheses and theoretical models have been proposed from organizational citizenship behavior perspective. Data obtaining by survey has been processed by the software SPSS13.0 and AMOS7.0 based on small sample test to validate the hypotheses and model. The main contents are as follows:1. Organizational commitment, work satisfaction, trust and psychological capital have been determined to be affecting factors based on the existing literature of organizational citizenship behavior. As the verification results shown, organizational commitment, work satisfaction, trust and psychological capital have positive impact on knowledge sharing.2. The model verification results shown that trust have a direct impact on knowledge sharing, which also impact knowledge sharing indirectly by work satisfaction and organizational commitment; psychological capital impact knowledge sharing indirectly by work satisfaction and organizational commitment; there is a significant correlation between psychological capital and trust.3. Female employee, employee between 20-30 years old, more than 40 years old employee, management staff and employee of undergraduate education reflect the favorable characteristics of knowledge sharing in the analysis. These groups should be paid attention to when related strategies are developed.Finally, conclusion has been made and related suggestion has been proposed based on the above data analysis. In addition, the limitations have been stated.
