Project team management has captured the interest of organizational researchers and managers in organizations in recent years. In response to the new economy era labeled by knowledge, team work with talents becomes more and more popular among companies. Effective project management can improve the corporation between team members, and the sharing of knowledge in the team work, which calls for more researches on it, especially the antecedence and performance consequence.Based on an integrate information service project (named project A) in a world famous IT company (named company M), the paper used case analysis, combining with content analysis, questionnaire, interview, etc., to investigate the antecedence and performance consequence of knowledge sharing. The results show that:(1) Knowledge sharing is effected by the organizational factors, including management by wandering around, management by object, human resource policy which focus on showing respect to and trust on employees, and giving the right person right job, and culture which is good for transferring and creating knowledge. (2) Knowledge sharing is effected by the team factors, including the construction of the team, team leader style, team climate focusing on trust. And the academic and practical implications are proposed too.
