Pricing Research Of Dual-channel Supply Chain Under Price Comparison And Remanufacturing Strategy

Nowadays with the rapid development of high-tech,the upgrading speed of electronic products has accelerated.Meanwhile,the rate of elimination products.The recycle and remanufacturing of waste electric products is still in initial stage in China with a low rate of recovery.To cope with the present situation and establish a resource-conserving society.Regulations on the administration of recycling and disposal of waste electrical and electronic products has been promulgated,which requires companies to improve the recycling and remanufacturing of the available materials.The proposal of relevant recycling regulations can effectively motivate enterprise to enhance the handling ability,develop the diversified recycling system and break through the related remanufacturing technology.In recent years,due to the fierce competition of the market with the rise of electric business,consumes have possessed more choices of consumption channels,which in return helps them to form the habit of price comparisons.In present days when mobile internet and electronic equipment such as mobile phones are widely used,consumers can easily compare prices online or offline in real time and choose the appropriate channels to buy goods.Based on the current research situation,this paper applies mathematical modeling,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to study the dual-channel pricing problem under different circumstances of recycling strategies in recycling regulations.(1)Researching the dual-channel supply chain pricing decision for the manufacturer to recycle under restriction of recycling regulations,introducing the consumer price ratio function and government reward and punishment,respectively constructing the disperse decision-making model without restriction of recycling regulations and the disperse decision-making model and centralized decision-making model under restriction of recycling regulations,and conducting comparative analysis of sales price,recycling quantity of waste electronic products and profit of the two channels;finally through numerical examples,analyzing price comparison in the model of manufacturer recycling and the influence of government restriction on decision-making of the manufacturer and the retailer.(2)Researching the dual-channel supply chain pricing decision for the retailer to recycle under restriction of recycling regulations,introducing the consumer price ratio function and government reward and punishment,respectively constructing the disperse decision-making model without restriction of recycling regulations and the disperse decision-making model and centralized decision-making model under restriction of recycling regulations,and conducting comparative analysis of sales price,recycling quantity of waste electronic products and profit of the two channels;finally through numerical examples,analyzing price comparisons in the model of retailer recycling and the influence of government restriction on decision-making of the manufacturer and the retailer.(3)Researching the dual-channel supply chain pricing decision for the third-party recyclers to recycle under restriction of recycling regulations,introducing the consumer price ratio function and government reward and punishment,respectively constructing the disperse decision-making model without restriction of recycling regulations and the disperse decision-making model and centralized decision-making model under restriction of recycling regulations and conducting comparative analysis of sales price,recycling quantity of waste electronic products and profit of the two channels;finally through numerical examples,analyzing price comparison in the model of third-party recycling and the influence of government restriction on decision-making of the manufacturer and the retailer.(4)Researching the dual-channel supply chain pricing decision for both of the manufacturer and the retailer to recycle under restriction of recycling regulations,taking consumers' strategic purchasing behavior,and introducing the government reward and punishment function,respectively constructing the disperse decision-making model without restriction of recycling regulations and the disperse decision-making model and centralized decision-making model under restriction of recycling regulations,and conducting comparative analysis of sales price,recycling quantity of waste electronic products and profit of the two channels;finally through numerical examples,analyzing consumers' behavior in the model of both of the manufacturer and the retailer recycling and the influence of government restriction on decision-making of the manufacturer and the retailer.
