Nan Wang Ping Project Financial Evaluation And Market Analysis

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the CPC Central Committee and State Council have studied and deployed the urbanization construction. It is reported that the demand of total investment resulting from urbanization construction will be 20 trillion RMB in China in the next 5 years.How to promote urbanization construction actively, steadily and eclectically and avoid confusion becomes an urgent problem. Tianjin has constructed 49 exemplary small towns in four groups since the construction of Huaming Town as the exploration of exemplary small towns in 2006. 400,000 peasants, more than 10% of the rural population in Tianjin, have moved into small towns by the end of 2013. We gradually explored the model and plan appropriate for Tianjin with the urbanization construction aspect.This dissertation describes the current trend of financial evaluation and market analysis Through analyzing the relevant literature, it provides the necessary theoretical basis for this dissertation. On the base of the analysis of financial assessment and market analysis of urbanization construction projects, combining with the social, economic and environmental status of tianjin and the characteristic of nan wang ping construction project, the writer raises some problems and defects in applying DCF approach to evaluate urbanization construction project and possible solutions, based on his working experience and the characteristics of urbanization construction.this dissertation analyzes indicators of financial evaluation and market analysis, and constructs index system and evaluation model of the urbanization construction project, then computes the collected data according to model and does quantitative research of the financial assessment of nan wang ping construction project, which realized all-round effectiveness evaluation of urbanization construction project. It provides necessary reference data for the decision and has a favorable for the scientific and efficient development of urbanization construction project.
