Based on the study of EULIKIND's current manufacture management methods, and through my knowledge of lean production theory, we find out the current problems in the current ongoing production system. In order to better implement and analysis lean manufacture management theory step by step, the article shows all the possible effects to the overall operation of the cooperate by two ways of analysis, namely selecting experts to sort them, identifying the factor Borda sequence value. According the analysis from Borda sequence value, factors of manufacture plan management, site management and product line management are more significant, while logistics management, product management and product development sales management issues take less effect. Therefore, author takes step by step approach, emphasize on resolving more significant issues with more potential effects, while other remaining issues will be worked on after key problems solved.Cooperate manufacture plan is designed by the "Pull" methods from lean production methods. The market forecast is done based on history sales data provided by the sales department, so that a more accurate and practical manufacture plan could be developed. The article applies different methods of algorithm to the costs of different production plan, and finally optimized the best solution for its internal production plan and outsourcing. By the guidelines of the general cooperate manufacture plan, the value of MPS is calculated. The author takes the nacelle assembly as an example to develop a work plan, who assigns the workload to the manufacturing process. The workload is allocated according to the lowest production cost after the sorting out all the possible data. The advanced 5S site management mode is selected and implementation plans are developed. The equipment are displayed in accordance with production line, in order to achieve a single piece flow and Tact time in the process of the whole production. The production line is sited to U-shaped to avoid isolated devices and to reduce logistics costs. Through analysis the transportation costs between the various departments every week, the author optimizes logistics management for all departments. After optimization transportation costs between various departments will be reduced weekly. At the same time, the sales seem as the starting of the production, according to the demand of the order production will be execute as sales strategy. Finally, based on the theory that new product development cycle of "Eight Stages" and EULIKIND's current situation, gradually approach to develop new products is taken, and a sound research and development management system is formed.Through the optimization of manufacture management, EULIKIND realizes the transition from the traditional mode of production management to lean production management, greatly improving its productivity and competitiveness.
