With the further development of the market opening and economic globalization progress after Chinese accession to the WTO, the competition of enterprises in the market is increasingly intense. Companies which produce communication equipments and provide communication solutions are facing many challenges. For example, the regional differences of requirements among different areas and customers, the coexist of the globalization of the business development, the complex of service function and the variegation of product solutions, the acceleration of the competition and the product upgrading etc. It is required to improve and optimize the pattern of the existing end to end(E2E) process including product development, product marketing and product supply. Companies have to be provided with a new business model which can meet the DFSC demand and can achieve the end to end through the whole process of the product to adapt to the further demands of the competitiveness.The thesis first introduces the crisis and challenges that ICT(Information & Communication Technology) suppliers will encounter, and then elaborates the background and proposes the research objectives, significance and the methodology. Then we give a brief about main models of DFSC from abroad and domestic and how to analyze its existing problems and respective solutions. In addition, the thesis expounds some classic cases of some excellent foreign enterprises, and analyzes the requirements on a company's information system for developing a complete end-to-end DFSC system. Finally, according to the concept and the model of DFSC and with combination of the basic situation of Company H, such as the product characteristic, the customer demand, the supply chain organization and the exiting information system, the thesis analyzes its structure of supply chain. Furthermore, on the basis of the existing information system, the author sorts out the available models and the methods which can be in line with the whole process including product development, product marketing, planning and scheduling, factory production, logistics and transport, delivery operation,operation and maintenance of link in order to satisfy the end-to-end implementation of DFSC. Improving the companies' information system can support the carryout in the production process of DFSC, and optimizing the information flow end to end uniformly can support the Fast Path channel.Through analysis and application of DFSC of company H, The thesis shares the lessons and experience of world-leading ICT companies in implementing the DFSC within the company.By analyzing the experience and conclusion of the Company H, such a domestic forerunner of DFSC,this thesis aims to provide some revelations to domestic enterprises and help them to better enterprises development system which can meet the DFSC and improve their competitiveness.
