As China's economic development enters a new normal,the mass consumption structure continues to upgrade.The transformation of the home appliance industry has entered a critical period,and the survival and development of home appliance companies are facing huge challenges.As an important reserve of social resources,human resources are the key factors to help enterprises achieve their strategic goals.In the highly market-oriented home appliance industry,competition between enterprises is not only a competition of material resources,but also a competition of human resources.In recent years,due to the continuous rise in human costs,the traditional advantages of scale have been difficult to sustain.The efficient use of human resources within the enterprise has become the key to improve organizational efficiency and ensure the development of the enterprise.It has become an important guarantee to help enterprises obtain long-term competitive advantages.As a small home appliance company,Zhixing has been deeply involved in the field of small home appliances for more than 20 years.It has achieved certain results in terms of innovation and patented technology,and its production scale is relatively stable.Affected by the upgrading of household appliance consumption in recent years,the competition pressure in the industry has increased,and the production and operation are facing great challenges.According to the management status of Zhixing Company,the unreasonable allocation of human resources has become the main reason restricting the company's transformation and development.There are problems inside the company,such as irrational staff structure,mismatch between staff quality and job requirements,high brain drain rate,etc.,resulting in low human resource allocation efficiency and affecting the improvement of organizational performance.Therefore,solving the problem of human resource allocation,optimizing the internal quality structure of employees,and improving the efficiency of management have become the direction of further reform of the company.Based on the theory of human resource allocation,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the human resource of Zhixing Company.According to the distribution of the total number of employees and the quality structure of the company,the main human resource problems that the company faces during the transformation and development stage are explored.Steps in strategic planning,designing the implementation path for optimized internal staffing,proposing improvement measures for key links,using internal recruitment,professional talent introduction,exit mechanism,and employee training to revitalize the company's personnel stock and promote reasonable internal staff mobility.By improving employee promotion and incentive mechanisms,stimulating organizational vitality,optimizing the quality structure of employees,and promoting the effective integration of the human resources.In the process of optimizing the staffing of Zhixing Company,we can construct a scientific human resource allocation system,improve various management supporting systems,combine corporate culture and allocation concepts,and cooperate with various departments to achieve standardized,institutionalized,and comprehensive measures.Positioning guarantees the implementation and improvement of optimization measures,accelerates organizational change,improves and helps companies achieve transformation and development at key stages.This article takes the transformation and development of home appliance companies as the research background,analyzes the human resource allocation problem of Zhixing Company,and proposes targeted optimization measures to ensure the sustainable development of the company.At the same time,it clarifies the important promotion of scientific integration of human resources to the transformation and development of the company,to provide some practical experience for the reform and upgrade of human resources management in other small and medium household electrical appliance enterprises.
