With globalized development going forward, the competition between enterprises is more and more severe. As IT consumer electronic manufacturers,they need to change and optimize current E2E design, marketing, supply models to establish a full aspects oriented supply-able business mode to enhance their competence while they are facing challenging in terms of differentiated customer needs, globalized business development, diversified industrial co-existing plus severe internal competition,This thesis firstly shows enterprises encountered challengings and then shows her study background, purpose, methodology. It briefly shows both domestic and oversea product supply-able design model, methodology with carefully analyzing some world famous companies'cases. It reveals the IT system construction needs for implementing E2E supply-able design. With actions in terms of L company's basic situation; analyzing and implementing supply-able design oriented methodology, theory to IPD; refining the whole E2E process(design, marketing, plan, mgf, logistic, contract, payback etc) for product design; optimizing supply-able design model and methodology; establishing MIS system to assure the implementation of supply-able design; establishing E2E info distribution channel etc, to make sure that customer requirement info can be always the same while internally distributed. It uses L company's study and application on apply-able design to share relevant experience and lesson-learn to those domestic enterprises. Purpose of this paper is to optimize ITO for bettering capital usage, to shorten L/T for satisfying customer more, to lower cost for enhancing enterprise competence.
