The level of present construction management is still relatively low, which focuses on the single project management and lacks the attention to cross-organization management which emphasizes on the collaboration of the participated enterprises in the process of building. In addition, urbanization construction in China as well as the request to improve competitiveness of construction industry proposes new requirements to project management such as integration and lean management. Whereas, the traditional project management method has been unable to meet the above requirements. Supply chain management, which advocates cooperation in competition, cross-enterprise integration and has been successfully applied in the manufacturing industry, provides a reference to solve the above problems. The issue of coordination among supply chain members is a key problem to ensure the successful implementation of supply chain thinking in construction. Therefore, this paper focusing on the coordination of construction supply chain management, explores its key influence factors, through the theoretical and empirical analysis.Based on the reasoning analysis of the construction supply chain coordination problem, the identification framework of influence factors of supply chain coordination was established. Combined with literature review, 19 factors were preliminary identified. To further verify these indicators, a questionnaire survey was conducted. 124 questionnaires were recovered from the practitioners in the construction field which provided the evaluation information on the importance of the above factors. And then, a large group decision-making model was built to analyze and process the above questionnaire information. In this proposed decision-making model, DMs' preference information was adopted as a reference to classify the DMs and based on it, a partial binary MIP DEA-DA cycle clustering model was established which effectively avoid the subjectivity and arbitrariness of the traditional DMs clustering methods which classified the DMs in accordance with the individuals' personality information. And then, a double weight determination model for the MDs under the 2-tuple linguistic environment was proposed considering the fuzziness of the DMs' subjective judgment. Finally, 11 key factors were selected. This research has important theoretical and practical value to the development of the construction supply chain management, improve the inefficiencies and high cost situation in construction industry, promote competitiveness, and propel the urbanization of our country. This research provides the foundation to further explore the affect mechanism improvement approaches of the coordination of construction supply chain.
