The idea of supply chain management(SCM) is a kind of strategy and operation mode, paying attention to the overall value added process, application in business and manufacturing industry has been relatively mature, it also has a very important effect for enterprises to reduce costs, increase revenue, But its application in the construction field, is uncommon. Until well into the twenty-first Century, the great success achieved in the SCM of commercial and manufacturing is attracted concerns by scholars and related people in construction field. Because SCM emphasizes the overall consciousness, coordination management, mutual benefit and win-win situation, so the industry is of the view that construction supply chain management(CSCM) as a new project model is very useful. Therefore, to develop a set of effective coordination mechanism, i.e. coordination strategy, the thought of CSCM is of great significance to promote the application in the architecture field.The theme of this article is to study the coordination mechanism of the construction supply chain(CSC), mainly analyzes the three coordination mechanisms: cooperation mechanism, knowledge sharing mechanism and collaborative decision-making mechanism, the main research contents are as follows:Firstly, according to the concept of supply chain and understanding of the construction project, it gives my own definition for CSC, discussing the related theory to coordination, introduces three kinds of coordination mechanism of this paper.Secondly, based on the "prisoner’s dilemma" problem of the game theory, it analyses that under the condition of complete information participants of CSC can’t cooperate, and the possibility of cooperation with the participants of CSC to adopt reputation model in the case of incomplete information, on this basis gives the evaluation index system and the related theory on the choice of good partners.Then, combining with the traditional theory of supply chain, it analyses the “bullwhip effect" of CSC and gives countermeasures, explaining the value of the information sharing in CSC coordination. Combining with cloud computing technology and building information model(BIM), it puts forward "the cloud &BIM" CSC information flow model, and analyzes its application value based on the little company;At last, it analyses of collaborative decision-making mechanism of the CSC. Based on the game theory, it builds the Stackelberg master-slave decision model of mainly to owners of party and construction contractor from the party, genetic algorithm is designed to resolve the sub-game refining Nash equilibrium solution, analysis of the contractor, subcontractor, the owners, supervision and other node enterprises collaborative decision making conditions, and analysis for example.The innovation of this paper is apply the reputation model of game theory to analysis the necessity of establishing partnership strategy of the construction supply chain; Combined with cloud computing technology and building information model(BIM) set up the "cloud &BIM" CSC information flow model, for transformation and upgrading of China’s construction enterprises have a certain reference value; Application of Stackelberg decision model to analyze the collaborative decision making conditions of construction supply chain.This thesis presents the design and detailed analysis of the three kinds of typical coordination mechanism of CSC, the three complement each other, linked together, the objective is to enable the CSC participating enterprises focus on cooperation consciousness, pay attention to long-term interests, truly achieve mutual benefit and win-win, make the whole supply chain to achieve the value maximization. To provide a theoretical reference for the solution to the current bad phenomenon of quality does not have safeguard, super time limit for a project, super budget, high cost and emphasize the competition does not emphasize the cooperation in our country’s construction industry.
