Study On The Evaluation Of Human Urbanization

Since the 21 st century,the process of Chinese urbanization entered a new phase,that initially entered into urban society which is full of contradictions.To achieve the healthy development of economy and society,the central government proposed to develop“the urbanization of people”as the core of the new-type urbanization.What is ‘Human urbanization'? Xi(2016)pointed out that the urbanization of the urbanization of population,urbanization of quality with the same treatment.This paper argues that,compared with the traditional urbanization,‘Human urbanization' highlighting the importance of ‘people';Relative to the “human development',‘Human urbanization' stressed ‘urbanization' connotation in this era;Relative to the ‘Human urbanization',‘urbanization' more humanistic connotation.Therefore,the ‘Human urbanization' has obvious value orientation.Value orientation is of great significance to the ‘Human urbanization'.In this paper,based on the view of Marx's theory of human science,the paper establishes a diversified value system under the guidance of ‘people free and all-round development',to guide the development of ‘Human urbanization'.‘Human urbanization' should not only be a value oriented,but also more important is to have its realistic basis.The realistic foundation of ‘Human urbanization' is: social existence and development of human beings.Social existence determines the ‘people' development,the most important way is education,education is particularly important for young people,the family is the cell of society,the relative school education,family education is particularly important.Individual development,is to improve the overall quality of people.On the one hand,through the acquisition of skills,enhance human capital,from the outside world to obtain their own development of the necessary material conditions;on the other hand to improve the quality of people,improve Human self-cultivation,improve interpersonal relationships.Skills and quality which are the two basic points,are indispensable,education,training is essential.Based on the skills and the quality,try to build a ‘Human urbanization' index system,and use the index system to build Anhui Province as the research object,the empirical evaluation.The basic conclusions of the dissertation,the urbanization is not only population urbanization,is the urbanization of human behavior,thoughts and feelings,both urban social accept,including the transfer of rural population to enhance the quality,improve the process ability,but also a fundamental public service system,development,improve the process.This paper is an important part of the mentor project,the main content is three parts,a total of five chapters.The basic structure is as follows:The first part is the theoretical research,which consists of the first chapter,the second chapter and the third chapter.The main purpose is to provide theoretical support for the paper.The first chapter,introduction.Explain the background and significance of the topic,research content,research ideas,research methods,innovation and deficiencies.The second chapter,the basic theory of ‘Human urbanization'.One is the review of ‘Human urbanization' and ‘people free and comprehensive development' of the relevant literature;two is to discuss the Marx doctrine ‘free and comprehensive development' and ‘Human urbanization'.The third chapter,the evaluation system of ‘Human urbanization'.One is the evaluation method,the two is the ‘Human urbanization' connotation and influence factors,the purpose is to build the ‘Human urbanization' comprehensive evaluation index system.The second part is the empirical research,which is composed of fourth chapters,and it is the application of the theory research.The main purpose is to use the index system to reveal the problems and reasons of ‘Human urbanization' in Anhui province.The third part is the countermeasure research,which is composed of the fifth chapter.The fifth chapter,the suggestions on promote the "urbanization".One is to carry forward the Marxist humanism values;With the reality of our country,the other is put forward ‘the urbanization' path of ascension and public measures.Above all,the paper defines the connotation of the ‘urbanization',analyses its influence factors,constructed the index system,evaluation of the development in Anhui province ‘urbanization'.Paper points out that,on the one hand,the ‘urbanization' dominated by Marxism view of humanism,multiple values at the same time,to people's free all-round development of ‘urbanization'.On the other hand,‘The urbanization' should be based on economic and social real conditions,with the skills and qualities as a fulcrum,to enhance the overall quality.To reveal the human development and talent strategy is the core of the new urbanization.
