The Application Of Combination Of Program Management And The System Of ISO/TS16949 In EMS Industry

With the fast development of China's electronics manufacturing industry, EMS(Electronics Manufacturing Service) as a part of Electronics manufacturing industry has been better improved. Yet China's electronics manufacturing industry including electronics service has always been limited by the industry technical level, and management level and other factors, and rarely involved in complex product systems, the prospect of high-end manufacturing industry is grim. The modern electronic manufacturing services companies have to get more advanced management experience and more abundant technology to survive and develop, at the same time project management becomes the key to the skills of enterprise management. But in view of project management in the industry of electronic manufacturing services and the research on localization for environment is relatively few, this paper studies the project management in the industry of electronic manufacturing services combined with characteristics of ISO/TS16949 quality system, and proposed a new integrated framework for the project management basing on ISO/TS16949 quality managementAt first, this paper introduces the industry of electronics manufacturing service, and then researches the development of direction in manufacturing, and raises up some problems of this industry. In order to solve the problems in EMS industry, firstly introduces ISO/TS16949 system in detail, and then according to the similarity of project management and ISO/TS16949 system, it puts forward the integrated combined with ISO/TS16949 quality management mode and the process of project management. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper introduces A company, and explains the process and method of project management basing on ISO/TS16949 system in detail. It confirms the effects. At last, it introduces the change management during project execution.At present, the management level of China's electronics manufacturing service industry is low, this article aims to set up management system in electronic manufacturing service industry to achieve customer satisfaction and to enhance company's comprehensive competitive basing on research on ISO/TS16949 automotive quality system, it also plays a very important role for the long-term development of the electronics manufacturing services industry.
