The Research On The Risk Management Of E-commerce Platform Of The Commodity Trading

The bulk stock electronic transaction refers to that the bulk stock close its transaction relying on e-commerce platform in the form of B2 B e-commerce. In actual operation, the platform of the bulk stock electronic transaction still have some practical problems, such as weak supervision on trade financing, ineffective match of warehouse logistics, difficult management on customer credits, payment security and inconvenient payment process, and so on.First of all, this paper teases out the connotation, extension and development history of e-commerce on the basis of document research, and thus systematically analyzes the concept of the bulk stock electronic transaction, participant roles and functions, transaction procedure and system mechanism. Then, intensively present and analyze T enterprise and T bulk stock electronic transaction platform by using case study method, finding out that the operating risks of T enterprise bulk stock electronic transaction platform are mainly reflected in five aspects, the trade finance management, warehouse logistics management, trading contract management, customer credit management, and payment security management.Finally, taking T enterprise established electronic transaction platform, and using the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, this paper discovers that T bulk stock electronic transaction platform has the biggest probability of risks in trade financing, and puts forward three suggestions on the risks prevention and control for T bulk stock electronic transaction platform: the first is to strengthen cooperation and industry trends studies for preventing against market risks; the second is to be proficient in business model, increase monitoring efforts, set up the third party admittance mechanism, so as to prevent against credit risks; the third is to improve the internal rules and regulations and operation process, strengthen the management of personnel training, for preventing against operational risks.The research results has great theoretical values and practical guiding significances for the risk controls of the bulk stock electronic transaction platform in the matter of trading, payment, warehouse logistics, finance, and so on.
