Supply chain management is an important trend in the enterprise management. With the iron market competition intensified, the challenge that the company faces is more and more serious, actually, the competition of the company is the competition about the supply chain in the phone industry. How to make quick responses to the marketing, and manufacture the suitable products to meet consumer demand in a short period of time, that is the request to the supply chain to continuous optimization and integration, and continuous self-improvement.Radio frequency identification technology as a new type of automatic identification technology, and its non-contact reading, difficult to damage, read and write speed on multiple targets at the same time identify the unique advantages such as more and more enterprises of all ages to become improved effective weapon of the supply chain management efficiency. The papers based on the study about RFID technology principle, standard and benchmark the related application case in the world to learning and reference, discuss the RFID technology application in iron industry supply chain. Through the RFID technology application, whether we can make a solution about current internal process and let the current existing production process optimization.Firstly, we have a study about the iron industry supply chain management the current situation to understand what is business needs, and then summary the real request from the production. In the actual production, normally, we have a lot of products at the same time for production, different type, different tests, different materials, different technology, different customer requirements, causing the product capacity is not balanced. At the same time, the same product's capacity in the different lines, different shifts are not balanced as well. The whole cycle time is base on the average time of the separate count. And some of process is not be included in this process, just like QA hold so the real capacity about the product is not accurate for us to make further analysis. That will impact the plan for the production and make more waste for machine and headcount control.Secondly, based on the analysis of current main process, puts forward the preliminary solution about the RFID in iron technology for supply chain management, and select the feasible hardware and software system base on team's decision, the selected on the basis of the hardware, we make the internal RFID system build and test. According to the test, we can track the product's information in the whole production process through the T0 number which had been linked with TAG from PCBA build phase. In the meanwhile, we can collect the special data from the system. We can find the issue quickly and provide the short term and long term solution timely, that will save more time for root cause analysis.Through the RFID project, we save the factory conversion cost and improve the factory value in the whole supply chain.
