RFID Radio Frequency Identification Technology has been a great concern in various fields in the world as a new and emerging technology. With related technology maturing, RFID will realize the visual management, so that enterprises will cooperate more closely, reduce the management costs, and improve operational efficiency, enabling enterprises to obtain competitive advantages.Based on the above background, this article makes the study from the RFID radio frequency identification technology related to the theoretical knowledge, application status, application solutions implementation of the project, and several other aspects. First, the article discusses the relevance of RFID theory, including the concept of RFID, composition, characteristics, categories and working principle of such content; second, conduct a rough description and analysis regarding RFID application in different industries, emphatically studied existing problems of traditional supply chain model of manufacturing BK enterprise,such as incorrect order information, production control during manufacturing and delivery risk, optimization the supply chain based on RFID application in order to ensure each step can be traced back to. Finally it analyzes the bottlenecks of RFID application in BK enterprise. Regarding constraints against RFID application, the paper raises manufacturing BK enterprises using RFID should make developing strategy to use it on the supply chain at the right time.As there are many problems in RFID technology and application, the paper makes certain theoretical basis and practical method for the practical application on manufacturing enterprise of RFID.
