The essence of the strategy is to bring sustainable competitive advantages for the enterprise. The competition of the modern enterprises has been not limited to the regions and countries. Companies should make all aspects of preparations in the market. The successful development strategies are used to make the solution for the development of the enterprises and achieve the healthy, efficient and sustainable development for the enterprises through positioning the orient of development, enhancing the efficiency and identifying the development issue.The hotel, as an old industry,appears with the commercial action of human-kinds,which gives the new definition of hotel management after the appearance of the modern management model of Franchise, mandatory administration, etc. The US hotel industry has made the explosive growth because they pay attention to brand, capital and management output and no longer own property. The popularity of the Internet makes the possible for the hotel management company to grow the larger multinational companies.From the 1980 s the hotel management company in American speeds up the progress of the globalization and collectivization meanwhile focus on capital operation and brand building. China's hotel industry from scratch, utile the end of 2014 there were 132,932-star hotels. The hotel's function from simple food, beverage service and room service accommodation into the integration of rallies, social experience, entertainment and leisure. Nowadays the life and work of people are not separated from the hotel. The hotel industry is the first choice for the investment enterprises because of the social demand,versatility, stability and high return. How to manage is the general problem for the owners who lacked the related experience after selecting the hotel for investment direction. The most of them select international hotel Management Company to manage their hotels.In this thesis I will use Best Western International Greater China as model to researches the strategy of development in Chinese market. It reveals the secret from the process of development in which Best Western International how to from one motel to the world's largest single hotel brand. Apply theoretical knowledge of strategic management,business management, hotel management, focusing on its development strategy selection,implementation and security measures and may be open to question. And it is drawn the way of developing from the BWI as well as other international hotel management company with hotel owners by my experience.
