In recent years, the economy hotels in China have developed rapidly, the market competition; the internationally renowned budget hotel brands are very positive about the Chinese market, have in the domestic competition for this big "cake." China's domestic economy hotel brand to be in the competition foothold, we must build its own brand, in-depth understanding of China's market, taking its own path of development.In this paper, the current strategic environment of China's economic-type hotel research on China's domestic tourism environment and the development of the domestic economy hotels are analyzed on the domestic and international hotel management company's strengths, weaknesses and competitive compared at the same time, analysis of China's economy in recent years, the reasons for the rapid development of hotels and pointed out that the current development of China's economic-type hotel that exist in major problems and address these problems proposed solution.Through analysis, this paper that the current economic-type hotel's strategic choice is group strategy, differentiation strategy, brand strategy, cost leadership strategy and diversification strategy. Economy Hotels in the development process, not only to learn from successful development experiences in foreign countries, but also to create suitable for China's national conditions, in line with the concept of the Chinese consumer business model. Hotels in economic development strategy, the chain hotels to enlarge and strengthen the economy, so that middle and low level of service to be the overall hotel industry to enhance the optimal development model. In the economic development process of hotels, the hotel management company will play an important role in its development should pay attention to the brand of shaping and cultivation of talents; according to the market segments, to cultivate for their own corporate culture of innovation; the use of modern science and technology, build customer base Sales network and within the hotel management system. The current economic model of investment in hotel development in a number of errors and the presence of contradictions is the market in the process of rapid development problems in the development will gradually be resolved.
