Research On The Enterprise Technological Innovation Environment On The Basis Of The Ecology Perspective

As the subjects of technological innovation, If the Enterprises want to achieve success of technological innovation, they should able to adapt to the changing technological innovation environment in order to absorb material, energy and information from the environment constantly. Good technological innovation environment plays an important role in promoting the enterprises technological innovation activities, which includes providing innovation power, providing technical support, and speeding enterprise innovation achievement maketization. Therefore, the study on enterprise technological innovation environment is essential. At the same time, with the life characteristic of the enterprise technological innovation activities, it has feasibility to introduce the ecology theory into the study on technological innovation in environment. This paper's main work will be finished as following several parts:First of all, the relevant theories were reviewed. Use hypercycle theory to proof enterprise technological innovation's life characteristic. Combined with the niche concept, this paper proposed enterprise technological innovation niche concept, analyzed technological innovation's composition. According to the division of the technological innovation environment, analyzed the technological innovation environment's effect on enterprise technological activities.Second, introduced the enterprise technology innovation niche overlap, and analyzed the competitive exclusion caused by the overlap. We proposed the strategy of technological innovation niche separation, the mutualism of technological innovation, and the expansion of the enterprise technological innovation. And we established the function model of enterprise technological innovation and technological innovation environment. Finally, evaluated the enterprise technological innovation environment with factor analysis method, and emphatically analyzed the evaluation results of Heilongjiang Province. Proposed the optimization measures of marketing environment, technology environment, industrial cluster, investment and financing environment, fundamental service environment, and policy and laws environment.
