Economy Hotel in China has now developed into a certain scale, there are many economical chain hotel brand, the market is full of fierce competition. Make full use of resources, low cost, high efficiency of the development of network marketing is currently one of the development trends in the industry. Network marketing is one of the key factors of the success of network marketing channel management. Network marketing channel with the development of network technology continues to increase and change, these channels are not only the direct channel of hotel control, but also has the indirect channels of the intermediary role. How will the hotel Limited marketing resources allocation, management of these channels, and handle the hotel and channels as well as between the different channels of conflict, these are needed to solve the network marketing channel management.This paper first reviews the hotel network marketing channel management theory,in theory analysis of the hotel network marketing channel management method. And then analyzes the practical problems faced by H Economy Hotel network marketing channel management. At last, the improvement strategy of H hotel network marketing channel management is put forward. First in the channel construction, we can not only rely on the network of indirect marketing channels, and should establish a diversified distribution channels. Secondly, the focus of the hotel network marketing channel management should be put on the implementation of the network, the network marketing channel is the cornerstone of the future development of the hotel network marketing. Once again the hotel should strengthen the effective management of the network marketing channels, timely and appropriate adjustments to the cooperation strategy, and guide the complementary advantages of the channel, and timely resolve the conflict between marketing channels. Finally, the hotel should establish a scientific and objective performance evaluation system in the process of network marketing channel management, and dynamic management of the network marketing channel.
