This thesis aims to review China’s hotel industry with the development of economic growth and tourism since reform and opening up. It includes three stages: start, rapid development and recovery-explore. As the competition intensified, traditional hotel marketing model has been unable to fully meet the needs of market development, network marketing as a new modern marketing tools, hotel development will gradually become a new growth pole. This paper Takes Yong Qing Hotel as a case study to focus on the analysis of China’s hotel industry several major problems and gives some suggestions.The innovation of this article is that the author selected one case studies that are more familiar to Yong Qing Hotel as a network marketing program planning, focusing on Yong Qing hotel operating environment, organizational structure, marketing model, network marketing program design and other aspects of the whole Research orientation analysis to explore the hotel in the network marketing problems in trying to establish a meaningful, workable embodiment, to break through the constraints of current hotel network marketing bottlenecks, thus achieving improved path network marketing.It’s very necessary to research the questions, either from theoretical research value or practice value. The hotel industry plays an important role in economics, political, economic and so on. Currently, the organization standardization, modernization of management, marketing, scientific is very important, especially in the middle-level single hotel must overcome the difficulties, the right medicine, and is the development of innovation and development of the road. This is to carry out the analysis of the significance.From the perspective of solving practical problems, the use of the theory of business administration, public administration, economics, geography, etc., through literature research methods, empirical surveys, case studies and comparative analysis, analysis of the status quo of China’s hotel industry of network marketing development, pointed out that the hotel industry problems and deficiencies that exist in the development of network marketing, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for questions to seek the path of China’s hotel industry effectively expand the market space.
