With the demand driven era’s coming, all the activities of supply chain should focus on the marketing demand. The uncertainty and complexity of the demand management will not help the supply chain work smoothly to achieve the best value. So we should identify the unique customer demand, manage customer demand, and develop supply chain management strategy accordingly, which can help enterprises react to the marketing change quickly, the main purpose is to improve customer satisfaction, then to improve the core competence.In this thesis, it is studied on the background of F Company that based on the theory of demand management, customer satisfaction and customer relationship management. In order to achieve better customer service level, this thesis is to review and discuss about present demand management process and situation, to raise the issues and propose different management style and solutions, including the disadvantage of agent system, improving the demand management method, organization restructure and operation strategy adjustment.Sometimes, with the development of enterprise management level, demand management theories will be improved. This thesis only focuses on the analysis of the customize manufacture company. This research could be used as reference for other manufacturing enterprise.
