Booking taxi on the Internet is a new type of taxi mode dependent on the software.In 2012,the drops by taxi taxis have been launched in Beijing,Shanghai,becoming popular because of its convenient features.In 2014,the first taxi software Uber entered into Beijing,rapid development,booking taxi on the Internet flourished.But it has broken traditional rules about traditional taxi,so related person oppose.How to coordinate the relationship between subject,needs Government Regulation as a means of coordination between the main interests.On October 10,2015,the Ministry of transport announced the interim measures for the administration of network booking taxi business service(draft for soliciting opinions),which received the broad participation of all sectors of the community,however,our booking taxi on the Internet is still in a state of lack of control,so this article will focus on the issues discussed.Firstly,according to the literature,I write a literature review about both domestic and foreign government reviews,and defines the taxi,booking taxi on the Internet,the special car,the government regulation,and the government regulation about booking taxi on the Internet.And then I analysis the positive.Then I analyze the living situation and the lake of control situation.about survival status and lack of control of taxi.Finally,I give the suggestions based on the actual and advanced international experience.
