The traditional cruise taxi industry in China belongs to the franchise industry,which has strict access standards and long-standing industry problems.As a product of the “Internet +” era,the online taxi has broken the traditional pattern of the cruise taxi market,and has reshuffled the whole taxi industry in China,but it has also brought new challenges to the taxi market.Starting from the regulation status of the cruising taxi market and the online taxi market,this paper sorts out the taxi industry,and puts forward the analysis and suggestions on the regulation of taxi industry in the “Internet +” era.This paper can be mainly divided into four parts.The first part clarifies the regulatory object of taxi industry,and introduces the theoretical basis used in this paper.The second part analyses the regulation status,and administrative monopoly of the cruise taxi market,and expounds the influence of the rise of the online taxi market on the pattern of the cruise taxi industry.In the third part,the status quo and difficulties of the regulation of the online taxi market are analyzed,and the experience of the extraterritorial regulation of the network car is introduced as a reference.The fourth part puts forward suggestions on the regulation on taxi market in the “Internet +” era from the perspective of traditional cruise taxi market and the online taxi market.
