And then we studied the current situation of our country enterprise transformation of scientific and technological achievements,Using the method of quantitative measurement,we found the differences between different ownership in our country of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and found the reason why.Finally, according to the current situation analysis and measurement results, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to raise the capacity of our country enterprise transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
