The Study Of The Knowledge Management Of The Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievement And Its Advice

Technology achievement is a product of knowledge, so the transfer of technology achievement has the property of the flow of knowledge. This thesis based on the theory of knowledge management and the transformation of scientific and technological achievement (TSTA), analysis the whole process include: beginning, testing and industrialization, study their relation of coupling, proposed a system of the TSTA -knowledge management, which composed three sub-system, and design paths and advice to run this system.Firstly, this thesis introduce the current study situation of TSTA and the knowledge management; analysis the structure of TSTA system and the knowledge management system respectively, so their relations. Based on the concept of knowledge management, construct a model of the flow of knowledge. Through analysis the existing framework of knowledge management, proposed a new knowledge management framework, which include: aim, behavior and way. So the thesis build the TSTA -knowledge management system, which has three sub-systems, based on the flow of the knowledge, the behavior and way of knowledge management.Secondly, having studied the coupling mechanism of the TSTA and the knowledge management. This article has declared concepts such as coupling way and coupling degree from the coupling concept, explain the coupling way and coupling degree of the TSTA and the knowledge management, accordingly, based on the parallel process, having built the crystal structure coupling model. Has studied the coupling mechanism of the TSTA and the knowledge management from the key elements of knowledge behavior. And have analyzed the general characteristic and self-organization characteristic of that system.Thirdly, having studied the knowledge identification and the target of development of the TSTA. From the concept of knowledge structure, this article pointed out the method building rational knowledge structure. Based on the characteristic of the TSTA, construct a knowledge structure system of the TSTA, which has three dimensions (knowledge wildly structure, knowledge depth structure and knowledge particularity structure). Having carried out demonstration studying with the method of gray correlation. Have discussed the mechanism and target of the knowledge depth develops in the scientific and technological achievement conversion, have given the informatization scheme boosting to realize the knowledge depth developing target, have suggested the tactics of the knowledge identification and the target ascertains of the depth develops in the TSTA.Fourth, having studied the knowledge study and knowledge sharing of the TSTA. From the mechanism of knowledge study and knowledge sharing of the TSTA, this article has studied the driving force and obstacle of the TSTA, proposed the super network organization pattern of the TSTA. In this pattern, the author has introduced the concept of co-work on the basis of traditional pattern. Based on the not completely public of the knowledge and logistic ecologic competition, built the knowledge-sharing model of the TSTA, and summed up the factors that affect the knowledge sharing of the TSTA. This article analysis each participator used gambling theory, proposed the tactics of knowledge sharing of the TSTA.Fifth, having studied knowledge integration and innovation. This article carried out detailed discussion on knowledge integration and innovation of the TSTA, and with the concept of product platform, proposed the framework of public platform of knowledge integration and innovation of the TSTA, and how to construct it, taken knowledge circulation and their performance as center, with the construction of public platform studied the mechanism of knowledge integration and innovation in the TSTA, and pointed out the function of continuing innovative and intermittent innovative in knowledge integration and innovation of the TSTA. Based on the analysis the mechanism of knowledge integration and innovation in the TSTA, built the system dynamic model of knowledge integration and innovation in the TSTA, and carried on the practical study.Finally, carried out effect appraisal of the knowledge management of the TSTA. This article builds the appraisal index system about the effect of knowledge management of the TSTA. Use the ISM model to built the structure of index system; adopt network analysis theory to build the effect appraisal model of the knowledge management of the TSTA, formed the structure-network model. Carried on a practical study with this model.In short, this article from the point of the coupling of the knowledge management and the TSTA, have structured the system of knowledge management of the TSTA, from the three dimension that: knowledge identification and knowledge development of the TSTA, knowledge study and knowledge sharing of the TSTA, knowledge integration and innovation of the TSTA, this article carries out the system study of the whole process of the knowledge management of the TSTA. This article is a pioneer in the knowledge management of the TSTA, has theoretical and practical instructions in pushing forward the TSTA with new concept and new method, promote the transfer efficiency, then promote the independent innovation of our country.
