With the rapid development of information technology, the Internet especially Mobile Internet, has created the new way of life, work and study. Since Internet is beyond time and space, It caused some fundamental changes taken place in the way of knowledge acquisition. As a result, teaching and learning will not be restricted by time, space and place. The channel of acquisition for knowledge became more flexible and diversified. Online education industry has been evolved from it.According to the research for Kaoyaya, there are some problems in its present advertisement approaches and lack in new marketing modes. This leads to similarity to other training agencies in brand marketing promotion with nothing new at all. Besides, marketers are relatively conservative and do not dare to do something creative. Among the domestic numerous online accounting training education institutions, Kaoyaya is a rising star, the star of tomorrow in the industry. There is no doubt that Kaoyaya has made great success in this dog-eat-dog Internet accounting education market. It is intriguing for us to study some questions such as, how to lead the workers to expand the business scope, how the enterprise leaders to locate their own brand, what strategic plan is about the future development trend of industry and enterprise development. These questions are too important to be answered.Our research takes Kaoyaya Education as a example. This paper will introduce theoretical basis and analyze the present situation of online accounting education industry, including concept and aim of Brand-marketing, In order to solve the problems of network brand promotion, marketing personnel thinking mode, big data, etc. The above works will be done by stating background, purpose and meaning of research and Literature Review, content, research approach of Brand-marketing. Plus, by analyzing the Kaoyaya’s development presence and essential resources, this paper gets some inspirations from its Brand-marketing strategic formulation. In addition, figure out how Kaoyaya did for Brand-marketing through the Kaoyaya’s case. Last but not least, the focus of this paper is to point out its practical meanings and targeted measures based on the case of Kaoyaya.
