With China open his door to the world, the people's expect of language learning is growing, the annual growth rate as high as 30%, and it is even more demand for English learning. The people pay more and more attention and concern to choose the institution, so a large number of the formal or informal English training institutions spring up in the market.LS education group is a mature education institutions have more than 20 years experience of young children's English education in China. In the face of the English training market's rapidly changing and fierce competition, the LS education group as an old company, must be optimized and reshape his brand strategy to adapt the rapid development of industry and make it accord with the rules of the development of the industry, and keep up with step of it. All this will make the LS education group stands in an impregnable position in the fierce market competition.In this paper, the research object is LS education group, according to the development present situation and its industry environmental analysis, with the SWOT analysis, and based on the theory of brand strategy management to analysis and research the LS education group brand strategy. In the fierce market competition, LS education group's management bottleneck has great relationship of undefined brand strategy planning and traditional brand management. With the brand in the different stage of development should based on the market to have different brand marketing strategy, and to extend from aspects such as brand positioning, brand innovation and so on. We explore the construction and optimization of the LS education group brand strategy in the future, reshape its brand marketing strategy and give some suggestions to its survival and development in the competition of the future education training market.Construction of brand strategy needs a long-term survival and development, we need to pay high insight into the internal and external environment of company development, so that to adjust and change the implementation of brand strategy in time. Hope this study can help for the development of the LS education group.
