Despite this development guarantee, current dairy consumer market, innovation of production technological, quality management, etc., still urgently need to adopt effective management measures for enhancing Dairy credibilityTherefore, in this dissertation, through the investigation and analysis of the development of the IOT and its application in dairy industry, dairy industry alliance and its reputation, it makes the Dairy Industry Alliance as a whole complex large industry chain cooperation body, combined with the characteristics of reputation safeguard mechanism of Dairy Industry Alliance and using the relevant theoretical research and the Internet of Things, to study its reputation safeguard mechanism. Firstly, it defines the connotation of reputation safeguard mechanism of Dairy Alliance, analyzes the function flow, the influencing factors and the existing problems of the reputation safeguard mechanism based on the Internet of things. Secondly, system dynamics and super-network theory are used to research the content and the emphasis of the Dairy Industry Alliance reputation safeguard mechanism, and make the force feedback model, from dishonesty factors and prevention and control capacity analyzes the content and priority of Dairy Industry Alliance reputation safeguard mechanism with super network model, getting the operation process of reputation safeguard mechanism of Dairy Alliance based on IOT. And from the man-made incredibility management and information sharing to protect the credibility of the Dairy Industry Alliance, propose appropriate countermeasures by dishonest dishonesty chain analysis, build the overall information-sharing architecture through the IOT, ultimately improve the reputation safeguard mechanism in the dairy industry both in human integrity management and information sharing management.
