For the company in terms of human resource management, are generally only concerned about the material needs of employees, while ignoring the employee's spiritual world, and as more and more abundant material resources of today, the material to meet the basic needs of employees, but employees psychological needs of the company are ignorant mental activity can not be judged by their work and their behavior, so in terms of the human resource management is a great loss. Article is based on this question, for CYD's 70 employees psychological capital questionnaire (see Appendix) to arrive at the correlation between psychological capital and job performance, and ultimately to develop appropriate measures to enhance the mental capital.Article is mainly psychological capital CYD employees Promotion Strategy, is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, this study describes the background, purpose and significance of the study, and the main content of the study. The second chapter studies the correlation between psychological capital of hope, optimism, resilience and subjective well-being, emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior and job performance in six dimensions, obtained the current situation and problems of mental capital CYD employees. The third chapter is a combination of CYD employee status and problems of mental capital, respectively, with six dimensions of psychological capital were analyzed by gender, age, education and age of four, the study results CYD employee psychological capital issues ultimate cause. The fourth chapter is the status quo CYD employees psychological capital, cause of the problem and the analysis of the problem, propose specific measures to improve staff CYD psychological capital, divided into three areas described, the first aspect is to build the entire process, full of psychological capital archives for selection and management of human resources, education and keep people provide a reference; second aspect is to develop and implement specific measures to enhance the psychological capital from six aspects, such as employees overall subjective poor happiness, then the company should think about ways in which to improve the subjective well-being of employees, and thus enhance employee psychological capital; third aspect describes how to provide protection and support from the company's point of measures to enhance the psychological capital method encourage and support program of measures to enhance the mental capital. Finally, the fifth chapter is the conclusion of the study, revelation of human resources management, as well as inadequate and prospect research.By studying the articles found six dimensions want to work performance and psychological capital CYD employees, optimism, resilience and subjective well-being, emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior showed a significant positive correlation, and CYD psychological capital by employees greater impact on gender, age, education and number of years. Therefore, the development of measures to enhance employee psychological capital CYD based on such a conclusion.Finally, this paper is based on research CYD companies, because of limitations of time and experience, inevitably there are some limitations, but this article is CYD employee psychological capital problem real research, hoping to bring to the role of Psychological Capital research reference.
