With the rapid development of global economy,it is more obvious that the conflict between human and environment.All kinds of disasters in recent years due to the greenhouse effect has caused great concern in the international community..Economic development must be accompanied by energy consumption.So how to response to the energy crisis and reduce carbon emissions under the premise of ensuring the health and economic promotion,has become an urgent problem of the human society.development human society.In the practice of carbon emission reduction,remanufacturing is regarded as a kind of production mode which can promote economic development and reduce carbon production.Through the recycling of old products,not only to avoid waste of resources,but also simplify the production technology and reduce energy consumption in the production process.Remanufacturing is not only an important approach for resource saving and carbon reduction,but also good for improving corporate image and increasing their profit.When it comes to production practice,Low carbonization of production mode and company operation is an effective way for emission reduction,which makes enterprises more competitive.For example,some domestic enterprises such as Yuchai,Weichai,Zoomlion,are actively exploring the involvement of low carbon production remanufacturing.Based on the above reasons,this paper takes the manufacturing enterprise production system as the research object,to explore the manufacturing enterprise optimal production decision of remanufacturing in different emission reduction policies.Three important issues are analysizing.(1)How the enterprise make the production decision.(2)What effect the remanufactured product have on the production decision.(3)Can the carbon reduction be realized by remanufacturing.Firstly,the existing manufacturing and remanufacturing production decision model,considering new products and remanufacturing carbon emissions of different products and consumer acceptability,carbon tax and carbon trading policy under manufacturer and two period production decision model are built up respectively.In the first phase,manufacturers use raw materials to produce products.In the second stage,the manufacturer recycling old products,manufacturing and recycling products;Then,using the K-T condition to solve the model,it is concluded that the manufacturer can produce four different production decisions.In this stage,focus on analysis in carbon tax and carbon trading policy,influence caused by the carbon tax and carbon trading prices,carbon emissions quota of products and recycled products production quantity,sales price,carbon emissions and the optimal supply chain total profit so as to obtain the production quality and conclusion,and through numerical examples are presented to verify the correctness of the nature of production and conclusion.Finally,I will make suggestions for the implementation of manufacturing and remanufacturing,through the comparison of two kinds of carbon emission reduction policies and depth analysis of two different kinds of carbon emissions policy.
