Due to the rapid development of economy and the cosmetics industry, TZ company due to the backward on management mode and management mode,causing huge loss of sales staff, sales staff is the link of the enterprise contact with the outside world, whether measured by how many companies in sales in the market for the development of cosmetics proxy company, the value of the sales staff is appear precious, is the core of the company for sales profit resource, therefore in the process of long-term development, has always been the enterprise for the object. In general, the flow of the normal sales staff to help the healthy development of the enterprise, the high turnover of sales personnel, will cause the enterprise business secret and the loss of customers, increase the cost of enterprise human resource replacement, reduce the staffs loyalty and stability, affect the continuity of work and quality of work, so as to ultimately reduce and weakened the enterprise sustainable development potential and competitiveness. With TZ company as the research object, this paper through literature method, interview method, quantitative method and other research methods, according to the status quo of TZ company sales personnel loss and its impact on the company's analysis, find out the cause of severe loss of sales staff, so as to find out the countermeasures to solve the problem of its and safeguard measures, to reduce the loss of the status quo of TZ company sales personnel to provide a reference for the decrease of TZ company sales staff.This article start from the status quo of TZ company sales personnel serious erosion, through to the on-the-job personnel and employee interviews, from the company's management mode and management mode, talent management, personal and family factors, and the factors such as enterprise culture, paper summarizes and concludes that the cause of severe loss of TZ company sales staff. The reason, according to the experience of human resources management and related theory, from the aspects of company management, combined with the company actual corresponding TZ company sales staff to cope with the serious loss of countermeasures, establish the humanist management idea, establishing scientific and effective talent incentive mechanism, strengthen enterprise culture construction, the implementation of comprehensive human resource management, etc. At the same time, this thesis aimed at TZ company sales personnel serious erosion of the proposed countermeasures, and puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures, layers of supervision and responsibility to carry out the situation, to strengthen the inspection company training work completion, using an example of marketing competition and the model, supervision and the welfare of the company to carry out the situation, to strengthen the inspection supervision function of incentive mechanism and so on five aspects to strengthen the implementation of the sales staff loss countermeasures, thus to protect the stability of TZ company sales staff.
