As an indispensable resource of an enterprise,talent is valued by the managers of the enterprise and occupies a very important position in the development of the company,especially for securities companies that rely heavily on talents.Today,the rapid development of the financial industry,the liquidity of the securities business department personnel,high-end talent scarce,coupled with the limited resources of the securities talent market,highly competitive,for the securities business around the Department,the problem of talent loss has been very serious.The drastic loss of talent not only limits the development of the business sector,but also threatens the survival of the business department and even the entire enterprise.How to effectively prevent talent loss,help securities companies to retain useful talents,make good use of suitable talents,and motivate worthy talents are the key issues.This article first describes the background of the development of Tebon Securities in recent years,expounds the impact of talent loss on the sales department of the company in Shenyang.Secondly,by referring to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on related issues,introducing the connotation of talent loss and the theory and model of talent loss,which provides the necessary theoretical basis for further discussion.Thirdly,by introducing and investigating the status quo and the current situation of talent loss in Shenyang business department of Tebon Securities,this paper analyzes the reason of the talent loss of the company and puts forward some suggestions to perfect the incentive contents,perfect the performance appraisal system and establish the system of performance appraisal according to the actual situation of business department.In line with the characteristics of the securities industry training system,improve corporate culture,as well as help employees make career planning and other countermeasures.Through the research of this article,we analyze the reason from individual,social environment,enterprise,competitor and so on,and put forward the countermeasures to improve it.We hope that it can help human resources management of Shenyang business department of Tebon Securities.At the same time,Enterprises also have universal realism.
