| With the rapid development of the internet economy, E–Commerce and internet are no longer strange words for us. They influence and change our life all the time. On one hand, the traditional business is significantly impacted by electronic commerce constantly, but on the other hand is also obtained more infinite development opportunities at the same time. Few years ago, most entrepreneurs thought it was a long way to go for E–Commerce mature, but today it has become a perfect choice for strengthening the vitality of enterprises.In this study, we have summarized and analyses the situation and problem of catering industry under the influence of E-Commerce and the model of the E-Commerce applied in catering industry through the method of data collection, comparative study, and typical case. Meanwhile, we have introduced the marketing model, the changing of technology and consumer behavior of catering industry in the E-Commerce environment, and described the current status of E-Commerce applications in catering industry by collecting and analyzing the data and cases.Here, taking process of the development of Hophing company as a case to study, base on the history of the development of the company, the situation of operating conditions, and the data of E-Commerce business, we have identified and proposed an appropriate strategic development model for E-Commerce of the company with SWOT analysis. From the practical significance perspective, according to the results of strategic analysis, E-Commerce enterprises in training personnel, Online to Offline application and development and social media marketing and other aspects of specific recommendations are given development strategy. Although this article only have researched on the Hophing company, in my view, the problem of the company faced with is the common to others. These results may provide a theoretical basis and valued opinion for the Catering Industry. So that Catering Industry in the E-Commerce environment will get better development. |
