The new generation of employees born in the 1980 s are now gradually becoming the main force in the labor market,the mainstay of all walks of life,and the organization of important reserve talents.In the Internet era with developed information and rapid flow of talents,the attraction of talents and the expansion of human capital are important guarantees for the long-term survival and continuous development of enterprises.How to seize the main human resources of today's talent market,manage the new generation of employees,reduce the occurrence of dimission behavior,is the problem that today's enterprises must solve.Job satisfaction is an important variable to measure the organizational attitude of employees.Many scholars have studied the relationship between job satisfaction and other organizational variables in order to predict the organizational attitude and behavior of organizational members.Among them,many scholars have found that job satisfaction has an important impact on the turnover intention of employees.Under the special background of reform and opening up,the new generation has its unique characteristics and needs.The concept of personality traits was originally used in the research of psychology,but with the progress of quantitative research in psychology and the combination with management research,many studies have found that some personality factors,as individual unique personality characteristics,have certain influence on the job satisfaction and turnover intention of enterprise employees.Therefore,this paper will study the influence of the new generation of employees' job satisfaction on turnover intention from the perspective of personality traits,in order to enrich the relevant research on this group.On the basis of the characteristics of the new generation of employees grew up in different eras,in the new generation employees as the research object,this paper discusses on the impact of the new generation of employee job satisfaction on turnover intention at the same time,and adds the personality traits of the initiative personality trait to try to analyze the initiative.Personality traits can affect the job satisfaction and turnover intention of new generation employees,and provide appropriate suggestions for business management based on the research conclusions.Through the analysis of existing literature,this study adopts the method of questionnaire survey to collect data,using SPSS22 and AMOS23 sorts through the data analysis,the following conclusions:(1)Job satisfaction of the new generation employees and its dimensions(work Self-satisfaction,personal development satisfaction,interpersonal relationshipsatisfaction,and salary satisfaction)have a significant negative impact on turnover intention;(2)there is a significant positive correlation between the new generation of employees' proactive personality and job satisfaction;(3)there is no significant correlation between the new generation of employees' proactive personality and turnover intention;(4)proactive personality negatively moderates the new generation of employees' job satisfaction and turnover intention.
