Research On System Of Early Warming Application For Financial Risk In SJM Pharmaceutical Company

The increasingly fierce market competition makes some enterprises have to run through the way of excessive debt, thus increasing the financial risk of the enterprise, threatening the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the management of enterprise financial risk and to establish an effective financial risk early warning system. In this paper, based on the relevant theory of SJM pharmaceutical company, based on the relevant theory of financial risk early warning, through the analysis of the financial risk of SJM pharmaceutical company, from the three parts of the data index early warning, indicator warning analysis, early warning and response strategy to its financial risk warning application system into line construction, and the latest annual SJM industry as a case, the financial risk early warning system for practical application. In this paper, we find that the financial risk early warning system of SJM pharmaceutical company can effectively identify the causes of the financial risk, and to propose the strategies to deal with the problems. And for the risk early warning system in the application process of the existing problems, put forward relevant suggestions for improvement.
