Industrial cluster development is an important pillar force of regional economic development, with the"Market for Lemons and Bad money drives out good"phenomenon appearing, Credit crisis has become a focus question for many Scholars when they research the industrial cluster. And to set up a credit assessment and credit early warming system is a practical and effective way to solve it. This article tries to design a new credit assessment and credit early warming system that is exactly suited to the cluster supply chain.Firstly, this article will redefine the concept and characteristics of cluster supply chain, analyze the theoretical research of domestic and international credit system. Also cites the status of the construction of credit system.Secondly, this article designs the index system of credit assessment based on the characters of cluster supply chain innovatively, and from four parts to evaluate it. The four parts are Single-supply chain credit, the level of cooperation between chains, well-equipped supporting systems within the cluster level and cluster development trend of future price forecasts.Thirdly, the article also carries out a design of early warning system, as a complement and support for the credit rating system. Reset the level of early Warning System, and use the control and immune function of early Warning System to support the Countermeasures and suggestions for improving the cluster Credit.Finally, it is the empirical analysis of Nanchang automobile industry cluster, to analyze the production and operation status of this cluster. Use all of this article's standpoint to build a credit rating and credit for early warning system, and suggest improvements, verify it is scientific and operability.
