The Research On Servitization Of Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Industry And Its Influencing Factors

From the division of the global economy development history in recent years,developed countries will gradually transferred some of its manufacturing industry to developing countries,formed global industry layout which multinational companies are the main form.In this way,developed countries focus on getting rid of the low value-added industrial on chain link,the proportion of high value-added links increasing which represented by service business.As an important part of manufacturing,the transportation equipment manufacturing industry began to pay attention to improve service in order to realize the value of appreciation with the globalization and the deepening of the division of labor and service.The development of traditional transportation equipment manufacturing industry in our country often rely on the abundant natural resources,cheap labor costs,active government support in order to obtain the competitive advantage on the price,but as the cost of natural and human resources are rising,economy marketing degree is higher,it is inevitable that the transportation equipment manufacturing industry in urgent should regard service as the core,to get the new sustainable development advantage through technology and development model innovation,and servitization just provide a new idea for transformation and upgrading.This research is on the basis of the reading of vast amount of literature,start with the related concepts of manufacturing service,detailed to introduce the concrete connotation of service industry,producer services,and service.Then expound the present situation from two aspects of input and output using macro industry data and micro enterprise data.Then construct the index system of influencing factors of transportation equipment manufacturing industry servitization according to the scientific,rationality and operability principles,and use factor analysis for dimension reduction processing and comprehensive score to all the indicators,and then find out the advantages and bottleneck of different parts.Then using Cobb-Douglas produce function model,regard the output level of service as explained variable,three common factors as explanatory variables,test the path and strength of influence factors for service.Results showed that the scientific and technological innovation,service industry development and government policy is the key factor.In the end of the article some own views are given from the angle of government and industry.I only hope to provide certain data and theoretical basis for the development of transportation equipment manufacturing industry servitization,even the manufacturing,to promote China's manufacturing to occupy position of both ends of the industrial chain in the new situation in the world.
