Study On The Cooperation Partner Selection Of The Cruise Port

With the development of the cruise industry,the cruise tourism has been introduced to China.After the promotion of those years,especially after the blowout development of the year2013,cruise tourism in China achieves a blowout situation,which has attracted more and more people,even gets the favor and attention of enterprises and governments.As one of the three elements of the cruise tourism,cruise port is an important node connecting the cruise and the visitors.Which makes some cities in China all be devoted in building cruise ports,some cities even start to make cruise homeport.However,in terms of the cruise port development,each cruise port in China have different problems,such as the infrastructure is not perfect,hinterlands' economy are not sufficient,vicious competition,low efficiency,ect.Which limits the healthy and rapid development of cruise economy.And Xiamen is also in such a horrible situation.In order to promote the cruise economic in Xiamen,it is of great importance to find a right way to solve the existing problems mentioned above.Therefore,this paper proposes a strategy of alliance and cooperation which help find a proper cooperative partners.This paper firstly describes the background and significance of the topic,introduces the alliance cooperation,partner selection,cruise port and other domestic and international research status,as well as the main structure and content of this paper.Secondly,briefly introduces the related theory about cooperation and reveals the purpose of cooperation,the necessity of cooperation and the role of the right partner.Then,analyze the present situation of Xiamen cruise homeport and points out the main existing problem,lists tentative cooperation and sums up the usual problems and reasons on the alliance cooperation.Thirdly,referring to the previous research results,according to the relevant standards,the index of the partner is selected,and the index system is established.Taking the calculation of the weight of the index into account,the analytic hierarchy process is chosen to solve the problem.Then,it points out that the partner selection should be considered the principle of 3C,4C and 5C,as well as the case of Xiamen cruise homeport,and makes use of the qualitative and quantitative method to select the partners for the first time.Choosing the cruise port of Shanghai,Tianjin,Sanya,Zhoushan as alternative partner,then using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to choose partners in the final selection.Finally,simply analyzes the stability of the alliance cooperation,and put forward somesuggestions for the cooperation of Xiamen cruise homeport.According to the research content,indicating the deficiencies of this study,and put forward the future expectations.
