With increasingly severe environment pollution and shortage of resource and energy,The concept of environment protection,energy conservation and low carbon is becoming more and more popular.Accordingly,Environment protection and sustainable development also turn into important topic.The energy consumption of real estate industry accounts for more than 40% in the whole industries in a city,And the greening of the real estate industry is related with the climate,energy,Environment and the survival of human being.Therefore,Environment protection in real estate industry is quite important.Nowadays,as real estate enterprises,They should not only maximize their economic interests,But also green in design,procurement,decoration,marketing and property management.Resource conservation and environment protection must be emphasized during dealing with the relationship between economic benefits and environment protection.With the increasingly serious market competition,The development of core competence is much more underlined in real estate enterprises.On the basis of sustainable development,Real estate enterprises could obtain the production resources from vendors through sustainable procurement.Vendors decide the procurement costs and quality of raw materials and components and influence sustainable development and competitiveness of real estate enterprises directly.Excellent vendors have positive effects on the real estate enterprises and many of them entered the strategy core of real estate enterprises.The choice of vendors is the basis of sustainable management of vendors effectively,The center of sustainable procurement.Only right vendors can establish long-term strategic partnership with real estate enterprises.Currently,Regarding the choice of vendors,quality,cost,delivery time and service are regarded as important,At the same time,Energy conversation,environment protection,green,low carbon and social benefits are ignored.In this paper,Vendor selection and assessment in Fanhai Shijia project was taken as research object and the problems of vendor selection and management in X project were summarized.Then,the key factors to influence the vendor selection were found by Delphi method and were used to optimize and perfect the vendor selection model.The weight of indicators was made using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and vendor selection system was analyzed using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.All of these were used to make clear vendor selection process and management strategy for enterprises reference.
