The Case Research On The Organization Management Of Black Carbon Trade Project In ZGRT Company

ZGRT company is a medium-small international trade enterprises. In the face of fierce competition environment, how to adjust the enterprise internal structure through the project management theory, standardize trade process, and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises becomes a problem to be solved at present.ZGRT company has relatively perfect method for the management of trade in black carbon project, which can basically ensure the completion of the project. But on the specific details of the management and process, there are still larger defects. By means of case study, this thesis studies the enterprise project management. On the basis of investigation about black carbon project of ZGRT company, firstly this thesis introduces the general situation of ZGRT company and the characteristics of black carbon project, combines the actual situation to introduce the status from organization structure, process and project team and describe the problem of black carbon project. Secondly, this thesis studies the concept of the enterprise project management, combines the correlation theory with specific situation of ZGRT company and analyses the problem of black carbon project. Finally aiming at the problems of ZGRT company project management, effective solutions are raised from project organization, the implementation and control of project management and project team management.This case study aims to analyze the process of black carbon project, points out problems and proposes a project management method which is more suitable for the characteristics of black carbon project. It is beneficial to enhance the company's management, reduce operating costs, shorten delivery time of goods and improve the company's core competitiveness. This thesis also can provide reference for similar medium-small foreign trade company to find a management methods which is suitable for business characteristics.
