| In recent years, cross-enterprise cooperative project planning management is becoming a hot research direction in project management field. With the steps of economy global integration, the cooperation between the enterprises has become more and more. Constructing cross-enterprise cooperative project planning management system and increasing coordination relationship between enterprises, meanwhile enhancing project management ability are important task in cross-enterprise cooperative project planning management.Project management is very suitable for defense industrial as a kind of technology to complete task as per time limit, budget and quality requirement. Some complex project with big investment, more difficulty and long period cannot be completed by only one enterprise.The purpose of cross-enterprise cooperative project planning management is realizing benefit maximization on the basis of success of project, with cooperation of enterprises.
