Research For Cross-enterprise Cooperative Project Planning Management System

In recent years, cross-enterprise cooperative project planning management is becoming a hot research direction in project management field. With the steps of economy global integration, the cooperation between the enterprises has become more and more. Constructing cross-enterprise cooperative project planning management system and increasing coordination relationship between enterprises, meanwhile enhancing project management ability are important task in cross-enterprise cooperative project planning management.Project management is very suitable for defense industrial as a kind of technology to complete task as per time limit, budget and quality requirement.
