Research On Risk Management Of Mashan County Town Of Nobile Miao Plus Black Goat Farming Village Poverty Alleviation Project

Mashan County is one of the national poverty counties,due to fewer people and more resources,how to make full use of local advantages relative to the conditions for the development of the rural economy is an important research topic in the local.In recent years,the relevant departments of the strong support and attention to the concern and support,Mashan County,town and village of Miao nobile has obtained rapid development in animal husbandry,especially black goat breeding,plays a more and more important role in increasing the income of farmers.But in the development process,there are still small-scale farming,lack of experience,risk awareness is too weak and other issues facing various risks,which will inevitably affect the successful completion of this project.Therefore,it is very necessary and urgent to summarize the basic experience of the industrialization development of the black goat breeding industry,to strengthen the management of the industrialization of the black goat,and to discuss the problems in the implementation of the industrialization of the black goat.This paper from the actual situation of Mashan County town and Miao village of Jinchai,combining the Mashan County local economic development and ecological environment characteristics,status quo analysis of Mashan County black goat breeding,and made the SWOT analysis matrix,analyzes the Mashan County Town Village nobile Miao plus details of black goat breeding project.On the other hand,analysis of factors that affect the development of Mashan County town and Miao village from black goat breeding project theoretically,and then try to introduce project risk management theory,to identify and assess the risk of Mashan County town of nobile Miao plus black goat farming village poverty alleviation projects,obtained Mashan County town and Miao village of black gold goat breeding poverty alleviation project may exist:market risk,default risk,acquisition risk,commodity quality risk,disease risk,management risk,environment risk.In view of the possible risks,the corresponding risk control measures are proposed.
