In the history of China is an agricultural country, rural population has been a lot more than the urban population. Since China's reform and opening up, along with the development of the political, economic, social, urban population proportion increases year by year. In the year of 2011, the urban population becomes much more than the population in the rural areas for the first time. By 2015, according to the latest statistics of the national bureau of statistics, the town's population accounted for 54.77% of the population, and the rural population accounted for 45.23%. Rural urbanization is accelerating, a large number of agricultural land into non-agricultural land, which appeared in a large number of landless farmers, and some issues related to landless peasants constantly emerge. The local governments have to face the problem of social security what contains the landless farmers' pension and medical insurance. This paper takes Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone as an example, based on the research and analysis of there land-lost farmers' present situation and problems, make a suggestion what is establishing a social security system based on employment, to protect the landless farmers' legitimate rights and survival, which will really make Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone have a healthy development.
