Research On The Implementation Of The Social Security Right For Land Lost Farmers

In recent years Chinese the urbanization construction had an accelerateddevelopment, a large number of rural land was requisitioned to urban construction,Farmers lost their land, the social security right has be damaged, so that it is facingthe difficult livelihood pressure. The right of social security for landless peasants is aserious, urgent need for solving the social problems, it is the objective requirementfor building a comprehensive well-off society and constructing the harmonioussociety.Today, the social security right has been recognized by the majority ofnational laws,and the National Constitution clearly stipulates that the right of socialsecurity is a fundamental right.The social security right belongs to human rights, it isnecessary for the survival and development of people. Chinese Constitution is notclearly defined social security right, but the related right has been defined.In the process of urbanization, only resolving the social security right for theland farmers and ensuring the social security of landless peasants, especially people’spension, medical, employment and other issues of legislation, we can achieve rapidand stable development of Chinese economy and society.
