The Michanism And Countermeasures Of How The Regulation System Of Food Safety Affecct The Food Safety

Food safety is an important question that matters the healthy development of the social economy and people's daily life.In the recent years,there are more and more food safety problems exposing out.It has done great damages to he society.Therefore,how the government should deal with this problem to guarantee the safety of the food and the health of customers becomes the most important thing.There are many factors influencing the safety of food,and the decisive factor is the regulation system of food safety.The regulation system of food safety is the most important sector of food safety.A perfect system of food safety should include the law of regulations of food safety,the regulation of food safety,the way of regulation of food safety and the institution of regulation of food safety.Firstly,I use the theory of regulation economics and new institutional economics to analyze the mechanism of food safety regulation system for food safety.Then,to analyze the impact of different food safety regulatory system for food safety at different times have on interpretation.Next,through the issuance of a large number of consumer surveys,use AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)to empirical analysis,in order to reflect the food security situation of the existing food safety regulations under the system.Finally,we put forward policy recommendations for empirical analysis concluded.However,through the investigation and verification,we can find that every link of regulation of food safety has some shortages.Therefore the government should take measures from different views such as the law of regulation of food safety,the behavior of regulation of food safety,the ways of regulation of food safety and put confidence in the corresponding institutions of regulation of food safety to guarantee the function of the regulation of food safety and the health of customers.
