The Arable Land Production Efficiency Differentiation Of Time And Space In FuKang

As an agricultural country,China has a huge population but insufficient arable land,the use of it is at risk. Cultivated land as an important material base in development of agricultural, it must be made sure eighteen hundred million mu land in such situation,only this can our agricultural make progress.There are two problems perplexed us :limited arable land resources and unlimited material needs,so use reasonable?insist sustainable?harmonize relationships?rely on technology to improve arable land production efficiency and increase the output is imperative.This thesis uses the three-stage of DEA model to analysis the arable land production efficiency in Fu Kang,make its 60 villages as evaluation unit. According to the available data to select input and output index,measure their arable land production efficiency.When find its law in time and space,we can get three conclusions and also come up with different advice.At first,we find it has a low level of pure technical efficiency and all situation is come down through the first-stage of DEA model at FuKang in 2003-2013.Some villages which has a high level arable land production efficiency distributed in towns that had convenient traffic and rich land resource.Second,in the second-stage of DEA model,we will build SFA model to measure FuKang's real cultivated land productivity and make uncontrolled random variables which affecting arable land production efficiency as explaining variables,include environmental factors. When four input variables were located as explaining variables,we find arable land production are affected significantly by environmental factors.At last,after get rid of the influence of external environment variables and random factors in the third-stage of DEA model, villages' pure technical efficiency got a generally promote in cultivated land production.So we put forward following suggests:(1)According to the cultivated land comprehensive production efficiency of different administrative village,we can make a targeted promotion countermeasure.(2)Planting patterns optimally and use chemical fertilizers reasonably.
