Research On Efficiency Of Land Production In Cheng Du Based On The Differentiation Of Part-time Family Farming

Many factors such as the reform of land system,the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the restriction of population mobility and other factors result in the phenomenon of farmers' concurrent business becoming more common.The trend of farmers' differentiation is obvious,which has an important impact on agricultural production and operation.From the perspective of farmers' concurrent business differentiation,this paper studies its impact on land productivity,with a view to effectively utilize its positives and promote the improvement of land productivity under the general situation of farmers' concurrent business.First of all,a questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted on a part of farmers in Chengdu by random way.The farmers' concurrent business in Chengdu was obtained,and descriptive statistics method was used for simple analysis.Then take the DEA-Tobit two stage model,calculate the land production efficiency of different degree of farmers and industry,on the basis of this,from the differentiation of part-time family farming,family characteristics,household characteristics,land resources and agricultural characteristics of agricultural policy input characteristics of the five aspects to study the influe differentiation of part-time family farming nce factors of land production efficiency.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)farmers in Chengdu city industry overall level is higher,and the industry level as high as 80%.The land production efficiency of pure farmers,one peasant household and two peasant households is not high.The main reason for this phenomenon is that the technical efficiency of farmers is too low.The pure land of farmers and farmers' production efficiency is highest,two times,a minimum and a part-time farmers,farmers and land production efficiency was much lower than that of pure farmers and two farmers,that agricultural production specialization helps to improve production efficiency,and capital for labor substitution effect is strong.(2)the pure farmer has a positive effect on land production efficiency is very significant,a positive effect is more significant for two farmers,A peasant household in the direction of the efficiency of land production plays a reverse role,which is not conducive to the efficiency of land production.(3)Land area,land circulation,investment of agricultural elements and cultural level have a positive impact on the efficiency of land production,and the input of these aspects should be strengthened.(4)the impact of external agricultural subsidy policy and agricultural skill training on land productivity is weak.There are problems such as less agricultural subsidy,less agricultural skills training and imperfect policy system.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are drawn: to strengthen the cultivation of land circulation market,to improve the land circulation system,to encourage the land to concentrate on the more productive farmers,to bring into play the scale effect of the land,to increase the support for the pure farmers,to encourage the pure farmers to increase the input of agricultural elements,and to encourage the encouragement of the agricultural elements.The young and young people develop agriculture,promote the development of agricultural specialization,strengthen the education input to the rural population,optimize the human resources endowment conditions,promote the efficient development of agriculture,strengthen the agricultural technology training for farmers,improve the agricultural technology training policy,and promote the scientific development of agricultural industry.
