With the economic development,electric vehicles because of its convenient,ch eap and environmentally friendly features,were receiv ed by consum ers.It has becom e the highest popularity transport.Because of its lead-acid battery production tec hnology is m ature,low manufacturing costs and production of raw materials ample advantages,occupied the electric bicycle battery power for m ore than 90% m arket share,but its life ex pectancy is only 2--3 years.Strengthen the electric bicy cle recycling network construction an alysis of lead-acid batteries,it has great practical and theoretical significance.On the basis of literature research and field investigation,the integrated use of qualitative and quantitative analysis,theory analysis and empirical analysis,reverse logistics model for lead-acid batteries and network planning were studied.Firstly,the use of lead-acid battery ele--ctric bicycle recycling situation and development trend,and put forward the main problems of waste lead-acid battery recycling exist.Secondly,the analysis of lead-acid battery recycling model based on the recovery model for comparative analysis of the various proposed leadacid battery recycling mode selection policy;then by constructing waste lead-acid batteries reverse logistics network linear mixed integer programming(MILP)model,while numerical example optimization of lead-acid batteries reverse logistics network planning.At last,the article putting forward relevant suggestions to the government,enterprises and the public.
